How does the sample process work?
We know choosing the right rug matters — it’s a big part of your space. That’s why we offer sample boxes so you can see and feel your favorites before ordering.
Each sample box costs $10 and includes up to 5 samples of your choice. Want more? Order as many boxes as you’d like.
Every box includes a $50 credit toward any future rug purchase. After placing your sample order, you’ll receive an email with your unique coupon code — just enter it at checkout to apply your credit. (Note: coupon codes can’t be combined.)

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but it’s coming soon.
What types of shipping do you offer?
- Parcel Shipping (UPS/FedEx) – $100: Perfect for smaller rugs. Delivered straight to your door in about 2–3 weeks.
- Inside Entryway Delivery – $200: Delivered to your front door or package room. A signature is required. Estimated 4–5 weeks.
- Room of Choice Delivery – $300: Our delivery team brings your rug into your chosen room, unwraps it, and removes all packaging.
Delivery times may vary based on your location or carrier delays. Oversized rugs or items over 300 lbs may require additional fees, which will appear at checkout.
Promotions: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos. These apply to parcel shipping only (not Room of Choice) and are valid for a limited time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. Email us at support@ruglabb.com or text (***) ***-**** within that window. We’ll honor all changes made within 24 hours — even outside our normal hours.
After 24 hours, production begins and orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my rug?
Every Ruglabb rug is custom cut and made exclusively for you. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once production starts.
Refunds are only available if an order is cancelled within the initial 24-hour period. Exceptions may apply under our Limited Warranty.
How do I schedule or reschedule delivery?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from our delivery partner with a link to schedule (or reschedule) your delivery. If you need assistance, reach out to them directly or contact us at support@ruglabb.com.
When can I expect my rug?
Most rugs arrive within 2–4 weeks from your order date. Some specialty collections — like our Moroccan-inspired designs — take 3–5 weeks due to their handcrafted process.
Can Ruglabb hold my rug until I’m ready?
Yes! We can store your rug for up to one month at no charge. After that, storage is $60 per item per month. To arrange a delayed delivery, email support@ruglabb.com.
What if my order is incorrect?
If your order isn’t right for any reason, reach out to support@ruglabb.com. We’ll fix it quickly — no stress.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
If your rug arrives damaged, please email support@ruglabb.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll handle it from there.
